#29-1 | Reminder: Summer 2017 Course Enrolment Dates, Timetable, and Information – Phase 2 Opens at 6am tomorrow, Wednesday, April 5th

Everyone has now had the opportunity to add a first INF/MSL-course for the Summer 2017 term. Phase 2 of Summer 2017 Course Enrolment begins at 6am on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

Issue affecting course enrolment on ACORN:
On Thursday, March 30th, we received notice from the ACORN team (Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration [EASI]) that they had received reports from students unable to view details of currently enrolled courses, add a course to their enrolment cart, or enrol in a course. A fix was released at 10am March 31st and confirmed to have resolved these enrolment issues.

Following this, in case you are ever UNABLE to enrol in courses through ACORN, please:

  1. Switch to ROSI/SWS – login is through your Student Number + Password (rather than UTORid as for ACORN)
  2. Submit Feedback directly to EASI through ACORN by clicking the “Send Feedback” link (top right corner) so that they are aware of any technical issues. See Step 2 under “Getting Help and Sending Feedback” at:
  3. Select the “Website Fedback” option (not Faculty of Information) from the very bottom of the dropdown list, type your feedback and click “Contact Our Office”. The feedback will reach EASI directly rather iSchool Student Services.
