Teacher's Certificate from Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto.

Administrative responsibilities: 

As the Course Support and Public Services Technician within the Information Services Unit at the Inforum, Anna is responsible for several areas of work:

Provides Course Support Services to faculty and adjunct instructors through the Inforum Reading List service. This involves ensuring readings are made available to students through the Reserves Collection, links are provided to UofT on-line e-resources, photocopies of readings are available in binders, and scanned readings are uploaded to Blackboard. In addition, she provides support for Practicum courses.

Oversees the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery services. This involves lending to UTM, UTSC, the Toronto Hospitals, to many libraries in Canada and the United States, and also to international libraries.

Takes care of Tech Fund equipment and processes them for circulation, ensures they are maintained, follows up with any wear and tear or damages, and collates statistics and reports. She also provides back-up support in circulation matters.


After completing a double major undergraduate degree, Anna worked as an E.S.L. tutor at The Learning Institute, then as a Library Technician at the Canadian Forces College and the John M. Kelly Library. She went on to Teacher's College and taught from grades Junior Kindergarten to nine as an Occasional Teacher.
